The Theatre scene has a great significance. At the top stands the Hessian State Theatre that presents a wonderful programme every playtime for all guests in the big and the small house, in the studio and in Wartburg. Since 1896, regularly in May the International May Theatre Festival waits for guests to come from home and abroad.
