The external shape of the church of Christ the King with its closed structure and the rustic natural stone masonry of the outer walls, the compact bell tower which is integrated into the facade and the sloped roof facing north which acts like a shield, remind viewers of a castle-like monastery fortress. When entering the open rectangular nave, one's glance immediately falls on the load-bearing wooden elements of the wall and the ceiling structure, which give the interior a warm atmosphere in contrast to the natural stone masonry of both gable walls. The sloped roof divides the church interior into a main nave, with its view of the high altar, and the area with a much lower ceiling into an aisle, which is used as a chapel for prayer and for baptisms. The centre of the aisle is formed by the high altar and the statue of Mary carved from lime-tree wood. The lower long wall on the southeast serves as the main source of light with its coloured glass panels that make up that side of the building. The band of light on the other side of the aisle has ornamental embellishments.
