A beautiful friendly city
I lived in Wiesbaden for a year in 2000, this website has made me think that I need to revisit my old home.26.01.2012 16:20 - Adrian Balls, New York
I really enjoyed living there and felt that if I ever decided to live in Germany permanently, Wiesbaden would be my first choice.
It is a beautiful city, with wonderful architecture and a real human-scale feel to it. I used to love walking around the city. -
Eagle club (Kurhaus
I was working in the Eagle Club between July 1947 to October 1951 with the 7120th air base group, special services, motion picture section. In August 1948, Our Special Services officer, Captain Joel DeVolentine lost his life returning from Berlin during the Berlin Airlift (Luftbrücke). I hope to see Wiebaden again. I realise that many changes have taken place. Those years bring many very pleasant memories. Ich betrachted mich beinahe als Wiesbadener.
I would sincerely appreciate a reply

Beautiful City
I`m a younger Brazilian, living in Paraiba in Campina Grande City, a Small city of Brazil. Your city is beautiful, organized. I would go there to visit and to see these beautiful places of your city. I hope to develope this dream to travel there, but to live in Brazil like a teacher and try to do tourism in an other country it`s vey difficult, but I love my country and I hope one day the things will be better here.25.06.2010 14:47 - Almeida Alonso, Campina Grande - PB

Wiesbaden 1987 to 1991
We lived in Wiesbaden stadt for 5years. I loved the city and the ability to walk everywhere. I miss it and my German friends very much. We lived on Humbolt Strasse and I frequently walked to the Kurhaus, the park, all the fests, shopping in the Carsch Haus and of course the konditori. I would like to visit again and stay for a few days. Would it be possible to send me information on holiday apartments? Thank You and Best Wishes to Wiesbaden Sharon Brown22.05.2010 19:31 - Mrs. Sharon Brown, 40 Grace ct. Richmond Hill Georgia 31324 USA -

Hope to visit your city again soon
I and some friends had the chance to visit your beautiful city in October 2005. The visit was unplanned as we, book buyers, wanted to explore more of Germany after the Frankfurt International Book Fair. The train ride going there was pleasant and the walking tour around the city was simply wonderful. Your city is clean, peaceful and elegant. We ended my brief tour with visit to the Russian Church in Neroberg.20.01.2010 09:29 - Stella Mari Cedeno-Vosotros, Cebu City, Philippines
We also met a Filipino-German lady, Joanne, in the park on the way back from Neroberg. She was so gracious and invited us to her home for coffee. She even drove us around the city and brought us to the train station after. I may have forgotten her family name (Was it Kiessler?) but I will never forget her warm hospitality.
My short visit to Weisbaden will always be a pleasant memory and I do hope my family and I can visit your city soon.
