A 1999 Riesling Beerenauslese featuring a distinct fine, yet fruity flavour has been infused in melt-in-the-mouth ganache and coated with white chocolate – the ultimate in perfection.
For those who prefer red wine, a velvety Saint Laurent with a delicate hint of cassis has been coated with the choicest milk chocolate. Be seduced by this fruity, flavourful, and well-balanced delicacy.

These three truffle specialties are produced by the chocolate manufacturers at Schell Schokoladenmanufaktur using Rheingau wines from the Eiserhof wine-growing estate. From March 2017, they are also available at the Wiesbaden tourist information centre.
