Art lovers who are partial to Expressionism definitely should pay a visit to the Museum Wiesbaden. With 90 works by the Russian painter Alexej von Jawlensky, this museum has the most important collection of his works in Europe.
Wiesbaden is building the new City Museum, to be completed by 2011. It will house exhibition projects to explain the past and the present of Wiesbaden and its surroundings.
