The Alliance's members are all competent, top performers, including congress and event centres as well as hotels whose services are tailored to meet the specific needs of event organisers. They have already attracted events to Wiesbaden by marketing the affluent capital's central location, easy accessibility and excellent infrastructure. The Wiesbaden Congress Alliance enables their
members to present "one face" to the world, boosting the city's degree of recognition as an attractive congress and conference location.
The Wiesbaden Congress Alliance can meet every organiser's specific requirements by combining the extensive services of the city's two major congress and conference venues, the Wiesbaden Rhein-Main-Hallen (RMH) and the Wiesbaden Kurhaus, with the Jagdschloss Platte (the royal hunting lodge), the Biebrich Palace and the 16 hotel partners. Moreover, the Wiesbaden Congress Alliance can rely on the Casino Wiesbaden and Wiesbaden's long-established champagne producer Henkell & Co, which for many decades has spread the name of the Hessian capital around the world. These two cooperation partners support the activities of the Congress Alliance.
One special characteristic of the Wiesbaden Congress Alliance is the diversity of its members and the range of services provided by the Congress Alliance is impressive. The spectrum includes everything from individually prepared documents, such as for presentations to boards of management, to arrangements for site inspections of venues and allotment management and help in finding service providers for, say, passenger transport, security, catering or social programmes, as well as support for your public relations and media work. If the event organiser needs a service and (tourist) info-counter guiding delegates through the city, it is just another part of the service package.
