The Farmers' Market attracts visitors each Wednesday and Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm on the Dernsches Gelände in the heart of Wiesbaden. Around 80 regional and national stallholders offer their goods and are on hand to provide you with advice and a friendly service.
The stallholders, who grow much of the produce themselves, guarantee the best possible freshness and quality. Much of the produce is grown in the local region and surrounding area. Of course, you can also find organic produce at the Wiesbaden Farmers' Market. The wide range of goods on offer is rounded off with numerous seasonal products depending on the time of year.

New stallholders at the Wiesbaden Weekly Market
Wiesbaden Marketing GmbH, responsible for the Wiesbaden Weekly Market, has admitted two new stallholders to the market with Obsthof Weyer and the Noglla company. The Wiesbaden-based Noglla company, which is located on the site of the former “The Princess Revolution” stand at the Weekly Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, sells gluten-free and lactose-free foods including homemade spreads, sauces and pestos, as well as inhouse bakery products and ready-made meals. The Obsthof Stefan Weyer fruit and veg stand is at the Wiesbaden Weekly Market every Saturday. There has also been a change for Gabriele Forster’s fruit and veg stand: he does not have to trot from one stand to the other anymore, but has now a fixed stand position at the market (on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
