The Freudenberg Palace Park

Freudenberg Palace, built in 1904, is situated in the middle of a charming park just ten minutes by car from Wiesbaden's city centre and is an "oasis for the senses". For what the building does betray is that it is home to the "Field of Experience" which offers visitors amazing hands-on adventures including a touch gallery, a dark bar, resonating boards, and Goethe's theory of colours.

The "Society for Nature and Art", which leased the deteriorating palace in 1993 and operates it as an all-embracing art form, offers organisers of events and conferences here an unusual setting in which the park can be involved.
