The Media Center has three iPad cases available for loan. Two cases contain 10th-generation Apple iPads, and one case contains 9th-generation Apple iPads. Each case contains 16 iPads. The iPads are powered by internal cables inside the case, allowing them to be charged simultaneously. To charge the case itself, simply plug it into a power outlet. You’ll also find tablet styluses in the cases (Logitech Crayon & Deqster Pencil Lite).
The maximum rental period for these cases is normally 4 weeks. Extensions are possible if there is no subsequent reservation.
Please note that you cannot simply install your own apps. Therefore, please contact us in advance to let us know which apps you need.
The cases are equipped with wheels for easy transport and can also be carried. The Media Center at Schwalbacher Straße 53 has a truck loading dock. You can pull up there temporarily to load and unload the case at ground level.
