The school selects one of the two external partners (see below). These partners are happy to advise schools personally about their respective products. By choosing a partner, a school also commits to a future uniform printer brand and a support partner. Schools are free to change partners in the future with reasonable notice.

Is carried out independently by the school (school budget LHW or third-party funds). A 3-year on-site warranty is automatically concluded and the costs are invoiced directly to the media center by the partner. The partner and the media center prepare the printer or the network environment so that the printer can generally be used immediately after delivery.

The July 2022 inventory will be surveyed and documented once. The costs for the partners' field service are covered directly by the MZ as long as the use is economically and ecologically justifiable. The assumption of costs does not apply to subsequent new purchases outside the shopping cart or intentional damage. If spare parts are required for a fee, these will be charged to the school in the same way as consumables. Both partners can take care of old devices of any brand!
