Cinema goes to school
In addition to its own program, the Media Center collaborates with numerous similar film series and festivals, providing schools and teachers with a wide selection of films of academic or educational value, in various languages and for different age groups. You can also book special events.
The Caligari FilmBühne is open again. In May, free school screenings are on the program at the German TV Crime Festival: Wednesday, May 6, “Bis es blutet,” and Thursday, May 7, 2026, “Polizei,” both at 10 a.m. Guests from the film industry are scheduled to attend the post-screening discussions for both TV crime dramas.
We will also be offering films for elementary and secondary schools before the summer break.
