Your tasks:

• Setup, further development and operation of the cloud infrastructure (Docker)
• Installation and operation of active network components and infrastructure
• Configuration and operation of firewalls
• Analyzing and resolving problems with cloud and network operation

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualified vocational training (IT specialist, or similar)
• Experience in the administration of Linux servers
• Knowledge of programming shell scripts
• Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, network protocols, etc.)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills in German and English desirable

Here at our media center, we create video podcasts, music productions, photography projects, short films, and much more—mostly in an open, extracurricular setting. We want to build a new website to showcase the results of these projects, one that can do two things at once:

Content Platform: Showcase and make our community’s
project results accessible Community: Enable young creatives to present themselves and connect with one another through us to tackle new projects together

For the design concept, we’re looking for someone who is close to our target audience—which is why we’re specifically reaching out to students and apprentices.

What we’re looking for:

• An eye for contemporary, target-group-appropriate design (target group: ages 12–26)
• Interest in participatory, community-oriented platforms
• A desire for collaboration on equal footing—you’ll advise us; no implementation required (for now)
