The F.B. Schönleber wine and sparkling wine estate can look back on 200 years of tradition - old documents attest to the family's wine-growing activities dating back to 1783. Since the early 1990s, sparkling wine has also been produced on the estate. Today, the vineyards cover twelve hectares in the best Rheingau locations. Around 80,000 bottles of wine and 25,000 bottles of sparkling wine are produced each year. They have also been a member of the Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter e.V. since 2013.
