Managed by Dr. Matthias and his son Philipp Corvers, the focus is much more on holistic thinking, always being on the move and striving to bring the highest qualities to the bottle. This way of thinking goes hand in hand with the simple but indispensable passion for the craft and was recently rewarded with the Gault Millau Rising Star of the Year 2020 award.
