The winery has been family-owned since 1799. In recent years, the winery has been significantly expanded through the purchase of additional plots of land. This includes a 250-year-old rock cellar with a total length of 110 meters. This is located eight meters underground and, with a constant temperature of eleven degrees Celsius, is ideal for storing and gently maturing the bottled wines.
