Winzer von Erbach eG is the most award-winning winegrowers' cooperative in the Rheingau. Fruity, mineral Riesling and velvety Pinot Noir wines are produced on 34 hectares of Erbach and Kiedrich vineyards. Around 45 member winegrowers deliver their grapes to Erbach. Cooled, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, storage on the fine lees and the skill of the cellar master result in a modern type of Riesling.
