It is the refreshment station at the Rheingau Wine Week: the water stand of ESWE Versorgungs AG. Not only do the employees serve free water (with syrup for those with a sweet tooth) - the stand also offers a comparison of all the state capital's supply sources. The tasting includes water from the Hessian Ried, the Wiesbaden Taunus tunnels and the Schierstein waterworks. There are also the coveted ESWE water glasses, which are designed by a different artist every year. Each collector's item costs one euro, with the proceeds going to a charitable cause.
