Since its foundation in 1985, the largest association of organic wineries has stood for more than just the production of good wines: ECOVIN members identify with biodiversity, respect for nature, meaningfulness and aesthetics. At the Rheingau Wine Week in Wiesbaden, the Ecovin regional group Rheingau is represented with a joint stand.
