About us

In 2021, Michael Martin and his wife Daniela took over his parents' family business with a wine shop and restaurant outside Erbach. Today, the winery cultivates around 11 hectares of vineyards. Two thirds of this is planted with white wine vines. The main focus is on Riesling, which is typical of the Rheingau, but low-acid grapes such as Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay as well as Goldmuskateller are also grown here. Pinot Noir dominates the remaining third of the cultivated area alongside Regent, Dornfelder and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The family's controlled, environmentally friendly vineyards are located in Erbach and Kiedrich. New innovations in outdoor operations and in the cellar and the experience of several generations go hand in hand here.

The winery markets its wines through its own vinotheque and the occasional bar in the courtyard, as well as through specialist retailers and local restaurants. The Martin family is also represented at many wine festivals, trade fairs and events in the region with mobile wine stands.
