Logistics / Delivery
Find out more about the special logistics/delivery options of the multifunctional RMCC.
If goods are delivered during official setup hours, booth staff must be present on site; otherwise, goods will be accepted by Steinbrück Dienstleistungen at the customer’s expense. The RMCC does not accept any goods.
Deliveries must be made through the entrance gate at the loading yard. During event hours, no goods may be delivered via the loading yard.

Entrance situation
Due to the high flexibility and divisibility of the building, there are different entrance situations for visitors/participants of an event. Depending on the rooms booked, event organizers and visitors are assigned different entrances.
The main entrance (Central Entrance) is located on the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee side, in the middle of the building to the right of the public thoroughfare. From here you can access both building complexes as well as the boxes, studios and forums on the north side.
The south building complex has a separate entrance that leads to the South Hall on the first floor and the Terrace Hall.
Our digital wayfinding system inside the building guides visitors safely through the building on the day of the event.
Delivery
The RMCC's delivery/logistics concept depends on the conditions on, at and around the site. As the building is located in the middle of the city center and residential areas, avenues, etc. border the site, it requires special handling. A standardized approach was therefore introduced. Individual adjustments can be made depending on the size and type of event. These will be discussed with the organizer accordingly.
In general
-
Only very limited unloading areas, divided into"loading zonesPDF-File448,61 kB", are available for setting up and dismantling an event in our loading yard at the North and South Halls. The loading yard is generally only opened with access authorization and a cash deposit. This deposit will be refunded immediately if the truck leaves the loading yard on time.
-
The loading and unloading of trucks, cars, trailers etc. must take place within the approved time corridors/slots in order to ensure the unhindered assembly and dismantling of a major event within the specified times. All loading activities must be carried out within these time slots and must leave the RMCC site/loading zone again.
- The RMCC has its own parking garage (for cars/station wagons only) with 800 parking spaces.
