The 149th Annual General Meeting of the Marburger Bund will take place on May 1 and 2, 2027, at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden.
The General Assembly is the association’s most important decision-making body. It is composed of delegates from the state associations and meets twice a year. Its responsibilities include, among other things, the election of the Federal Executive Board and the Small Wage Commission.
With more than 150,000 members, the Marburger Bund is Germany’s largest medical organization and the country’s only doctors’ union. Accordingly, the assembly plays a crucial role in shaping health policy developments and determining working conditions for physicians.
