On March 7 and 8, 2026, the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) in Wiesbaden will once again be the meeting place for the international shoemaking trade. Inter-Schuh-Service (ISS) 2026, combined with the European Shoemakers' Congress, will offer trade visitors from all over the world a platform for exchange, innovation and further training.

The ISS is considered the world's largest trade fair for the shoemaking trade and takes place every three years. Around 3,000 visitors and 99 exhibitors from Germany, Europe and overseas are expected to attend. The trade fair program includes

• International trade exhibition: presentation of the latest products, machines and materials for shoe repair and manufacturing.
• European Shoemakers' Congress: specialist lectures and discussion panels on current topics in the trade.
• International performance competition: Awards for outstanding craftsmanship with gold, silver and bronze medals.
• Workshops: Practical training and demonstrations for trade visitors.
  Shoemakers' evening: Social get-together on Saturday evening with a limited number of participants.
