Ferris wheel and Hessian Winterstubb
There will also be plenty of fun to be had at Mauritiusplatz until January 11, 2026: Hessian specialties and a Ferris wheel await visitors in the Winterstubb.
Once again this year, guests can expect a colorful entertainment program and an experience on the Ferris wheel at Mauritiusplatz. In the new, enclosed and heated gondolas, the view from a height of 45 meters over the Christmas-decorated city centre is twice as enjoyable. After last year's great success, the popular Ferris wheel specials will be offered again, including the candlelight ride and breakfast on the Ferris wheel.
Hot drinks such as punch, mulled wine or chocolate and, of course, Hessian specialties await in the Hessian Winterstubb. What does Hessian Christmas taste like? Of course, it tastes like Handkäs, Worscht and legger Seesje!

- Mondays to Saturdays from 10.30 am to 10 pm
- Sundays from 12 to 10 pm
