Wiesbaden on Ice 2026/27
During the 2026–27 winter season, from November 27 through January 4, the Bowling Green in front of the Kurhaus will once again be transformed into Germany’s largest mobile ice rink.
The fairytale-like, illuminated backdrop of the Kurhaus and the 2,500-square-meter ice rink once again offer skating fans of all ages a very special, festive skating experience.
Also on offer: ice stock, also known as “Bavarian curling.” A fascinating winter sport that has its roots in Bavaria and requires both skill and strategic thinking. The four ice stock lanes are located on a separate section of the ice rink in front of the Kurhaus.
To make the winter evening perfect, guests are treated to culinary delights—from mulled wine to punch, from soup to grilled game specialties.
You can also look forward to some special guests: St. Nicholas will stop by several times and is sure to have a special surprise in store for the little ones. And the Christ Child will make an appearance in person to create a truly special festive atmosphere.
FFH Just Party on December 5
Experience what might just be the coolest party of the winter: On December 5, the ice rink will transform into a gigantic dance floor. At the FFH Just Party, ice, pulsating music, and a lively party atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable event you won’t want to miss. An exciting party on the ice awaits our youngest guests! The FFH Kids’ Party DJs, Ikke Hüpfburg and Ricky Brause, bring everything kids need for a really great party—trendy kids’ hits, original songs, entertainment, dancing, and, above all, lots of fun and excitement.
Practical information
Tickets can be reserved online. Services available on site include skate rentals, lockers, changing rooms, skate sharpening, and skating aids. School groups receive free admission on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with advance registration. Children 12 and under receive free admission on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. during school breaks.
