The state capital of Wiesbaden has various event formats that address the topic of "communal living". For example, existing housing projects present themselves at the annual Wiesbaden Housing Project Days. Nascent groups can network with interested parties. There is also the opportunity to obtain advice directly at the information stands of the Coordination Office for Community Housing and the Concept Procedure Office. The framework is provided by an extensive program of lectures, panel discussions and other exciting events.

The "Gemeinschaftlich Wohnen" regulars' table, which is run by the Wiesbaden Community Housing Coordination Office, also meets regularly. Interested parties in and around Wiesbaden meet here in a relaxed atmosphere and have the opportunity to exchange experiences between existing "old hands" projects and project ideas from interested newcomers. The regulars' table meets once a quarter in a relaxed atmosphere.
