Kuffler Kurhaus Gastronomie

The Restaurant Lambertus has gotten to be a well liked meeting place in Wiesbaden (formerly known as Käfer'S).

A rather innovative gastronomical concept is being realized here, a so-called “adventure gastronomy”. A specially designed “action service bar” and kitchen depot gives the guest a chance to watch the preparation of his meal. The guest is being served from the extensive buffet or may ask the chef to prepare his menue choice in front of him. The interior of the restaurant with its antique wood panelling and service bar transmit the cozy atmosphere of a typical French brasserie. The choice of wall décor – modern art paintings, dated posters and historical photographs – are an interesting and colourful background to the goings-on at the tables and the service bar.

If weather permits, food and drink is served on the terrace in front of the restaurant. Here the guest can watch the hustle and bustle around Wiesbaden’s most popular meeting place. The Casino Terrace on the park side of the Kurhaus has been awakened from its beauty sleep and is a lovely retreat for outdoor dining and socializing. Music like in “Kaisers” times inspires to tea time dancing on weekends; concerts and other events enliven the leisure area regularly. A beer garden like in Bavaria, bordering the romantic pond, welcomes to rustic snacks in the Kurpark. With “Bavarian” specialities and a cool blond beer summer temperatures are easily endured – and social gatherings can be enjoyed under shady trees. Sunday morning brunches are accompanied by swinging jazz bands in the Kurhaus gardens
