When you rent the Platte Hunting Lodge, the event venue is exclusively at your disposal and offers versatile space on the ground and upper floors for custom design and layout.

In total, the venue can accommodate up to 600 people with a mix of standing and seated arrangements throughout the building. But smaller groups will also feel right at home here. The Platte Hunting Lodge is divided into two floors with a total area of 660 square meters:

• Ground floor with 280 square meters,
• upper floor with 380 square meters

Your celebration can take place both indoors and outdoors. Especially during the warmer months, the green space behind the building is ideal for a summer reception. Greet your guests with a refreshing drink and a warm welcome speech.

Alternatively, the forecourt and the ground floor of the house—with its distinctive rotunda—are also suitable venues for your reception. You have the entire venue to yourself and are free to choose whether you’d like to use all levels or just one floor for your celebration. The latter is recommended for smaller groups.

Depending on your preferences and the number of guests, you can arrange a wide variety of seating options and catering setups at the hunting lodge. This applies to both the ground floor and the upper floor. You can seat your guests at round tables, rectangular tables, or in a casual mix of standing and seated arrangements. For dinner, buffet stations can be set up or a multi-course meal can be served. Perhaps you’d prefer a combination of both catering options?
The upper floor offers the most space for the entire party when seated and is therefore particularly well-suited for a group meal.
The foyer and the ground floor are ideal for bar tables or seating areas with comfortable sofas, stools, and small lounge tables. There, your guests can relax after the delicious meal and enjoy the celebration.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped preparation area. There, your caterer can put the finishing touches on a custom menu, snacks, or a hot buffet for your guests. A separate entrance allows for discreet operations behind the scenes and hassle-free, ground-level delivery. This way, you and your guests can enjoy the day without being too aware of the busy service staff.

Of course, you’re also free to use your own caterer. You’re not bound to any exclusive service providers.

The Jagdschloss Platte has everything you need for a successful private event. There are sufficient power connections on both levels. This is particularly important for the technicians. Enhance the ambience and the party mood of your guests by integrating the appropriate lighting and sound technology.

The heating and ventilation system ensures a pleasant room temperature. So you can celebrate just as well on cold winter days as on hot summer days. The passenger elevator takes you to all levels. This is particularly practical for service providers with large technical equipment, but also helpful for people with limited mobility and parents with baby carriages.

The technical company Kyritz Sound & Light is familiar with the local conditions of the property. However, you are not tied to an exclusive partner when organizing your private event.
