Divisible, functional and flexible - the basic structure of the RMCC consists of two large halls with adjoining foyers on the first floor with a total of almost 10,000 m². On the upper floor there is a large hall with 2,400 m² as well as a large number of rooms and boxes with capacities of 20 - 280 m².

The flexible room concept allows several events to be organized in parallel with attractive partial areas, separate entrances and their own infrastructure. Halls can be divided into several segments to adapt the event space.

The RMCC is an event venue with a feel-good character, which results from a wide variety of components: Lighting design at the RMCC, for example, has been given special importance. Light is important for well-being, it regulates biological functions such as mood, alertness and energy levels. Almost all rooms have daylight, which enters the building through floor-to-ceiling glass façades. The central foyer can be viewed from outside via floor-to-ceiling glass façades.

The building is characterized by the use of high-quality, light-colored materials . Light-colored parquet floors and wood paneling make the rooms inviting and create a pleasant atmosphere for meetings. The roof terrace adjoining the terrace hall promises plenty of fresh air during a busy working day and invites you to linger and relax.

Adjacent to the Terrace Hall on the second floor is the 500 m² roof terrace, which is ideal for relaxed congress breaks as well as for lunch or dinner buffets during the event. From the roof terrace, congress guests can enjoy a beautiful view of one of Wiesbaden's many green spaces and the Wiesbaden Museum opposite.

An outdoor area in front of the main entrance to the RMCC can also be perfectly integrated into the framework of your event and can be used for a reception for your guests or as a catering area for coffee breaks.

Centrally located in the heart of Germany and easy to reach, the congress and event center impresses with its unique downtown location and "short distances".

The congress center is practically in the heart of Wiesbaden, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station (opens in a new tab). From here, visitors can also reach the shopping arcades, museums, cultural attractions (opens in a new tab) of the city, hotels or the green areas surrounding the location on foot.

The RMCC offers guests 800 parking spaces in the public parking garage directly below. Numerous other parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.

Sustainability considerations are integrated into various aspects of building operations and event planning at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC). These include, among other things, measures for energy efficiency and resource management, as well as recognized building and sustainability certifications. The RMCC was assessed by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) as early as the planning phase and received a pre-certificate. Since its opening in 2018, the building has been awarded the DGNB Platinum Certificate. In addition, we support event planners by providing advice on ways to track and reduce event-related CO₂ emissions.

Through forward-looking facility management and a smart energy concept—including a rooftop solar array, energy-efficient lighting, and district heating from the biomass cogeneration plant—we aim to host events at the RMCC in a more resource-efficient manner.

In summer 2021, the RheinMain CongressCenter was certified according to the criteria of the nationwide labeling system for barrier-free travel offers "Travel for All" . The relevant data on accessibility on site was recorded by an independent expert and evaluated by the certification body in Berlin. We are delighted to hold the "Tested Accessibility" certificate until 2024.

The RheinMain CongressCenter offers disabled parking spaces (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm) in the underground car park, approx. 10 m from the entrance; the elevators measure 110 cm x 200 cm; passageways and doors are at least 90 cm wide; disabled WCs are available throughout the building; rooms without steps or accessible via an elevator, etc.

In addition to a modern congress and event center, we operate two other event venues - a historic landmark in the middle of the city, the Kurhaus Wiesbaden (opens in a new tab), and the Jagdschloss Platte, which is located in the middle of the forest above the rooftops of Wiesbaden. Your event can take place during the day in the RMCC and end with an evening event in the Kurhaus Wiesbaden or Jagdschloss Platte with its historic ambience.
