Location and healthcare expert Ulrike Theis participated in a three-stage training course on compliance skills for event locations in 2022 in order to be able to provide customers with the best possible advice based on this knowledge.

The Convention Wiesbaden team includes Ulrike Theis, a highly dedicated healthcare expert who has been regularly attending PharMed's online and in-person events since 2020 in order to continuously deepen her expertise. The focus is on strengthening and expanding knowledge of healthcare venue topics, exchanging information on current FSA decisions, analyzing case studies, and professional networking.
Since 2022, Convention Wiesbaden has been a regular participant in the B2B event m&i in order to gain valuable insights and up-to-date knowledge from customers and suppliers and integrate this specifically into its own work. The program includes plenary discussions with representatives from venues, pharmaceutical companies, and agencies, in which changing topics—such as budget developments—are discussed. In addition, participation in at least two topic-specific workshops is a mandatory part of the event.

In discussions with international PCOs, event agencies, conference planners, and representatives of medical associations from Europe, Wiesbaden presents itself as an attractive conference location. FSA Code of Conduct for event and conference venues is complied with
The Voluntary Self-Regulation of the Pharmaceutical Industry (FSA) is an association of 58 pharmaceutical companies with the aim of monitoring proper cooperation between pharmaceutical companies and doctors, pharmacists, and other members of the medical profession. This also includes the ethically sound implementation of continuing education events, which must be conducted exclusively on the basis of objective criteria. Conference venues and locations must not be characterized by an experiential, entertainment, or recreational nature.
