Big city feeling in the Bergkirchen district: between smoothies, gym and cozy concerts
"Smoothies and Swag is what it's all about!" says the Instagram bio and that sums it up pretty well. In "The Room - by Tiff" at Saalgasse 4, a "taste room" awaits you where you can choose between 35 different smoothie varieties, plus sandwiches and bowls. There is also an integrated concept store with home accessories and fashion. But that's not all: since 2021, the "Team Tiff - Womens Personal Training Club" has been located in the backyard, where you can work out under expert guidance in "the hottest boutique gym in town".
With a "Roomer" membership , you get tailor-made packages for training in the gym, discounts on smoothies, selected coffee specialties for free and can purchase tickets for the "Room Sessions" concerts a few days before the regular pre-sale start.
The creative mind behind this extensive business concept: Tiffany "Tiff" Heinßen - power lady through and through, singer (including with the well-known Urban Club Band), personal trainer and entrepreneur, who can also babble in Hessian.

Room Sessions
And because Tiff is also a musician through and through, the "Room Sessions" concerts take place once a month . She is supported by various musicians, colleagues from earlier band times and old acquaintances, often with a similar amount of soul and power in their voices. She will be playing R'n'B and pop hits, as well as a few 80s smashers and songs that you had almost forgotten about, but which will immediately catch your ear when you hear them and which you are sure to add straight to your Spotify playlist.
Tiff announces the start of sales of concert tickets via Instagram. And then it pays to be quick - the tickets are limited and in high demand. In the summer months, the "Room Sessions" take place as an intimate backyard concert between red brick walls with metal spiral staircases and fairy lights. You'll feel like you're in a real insider's tip, a secluded gem in a big American city. In the colder months, the concerts take place in the café in the front building - perhaps a little more intimate and cozy.
