Excellent Top 100
WICM GmbH was recognized by stafftastic as one of the best 100 companies out of over 10,000 for its commitment to an internship week during the 2023 summer vacations.
Every year, the company stafftastic, which uses a platform to connect young talents and young professionals with companies, awards prizes to the 100 companies from over 10,000 internship week companies that are rated best by the participating students. Major companies such as Kärcher, ALDI and Engelbert-Strauss have already received awards.
Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH received the "Top 100" award from over 10,000 companies for its implementation of Internship Week 2023. The internship days at WICM received an average rating of 4.7 stars.
Together with TriWiCon, WICM offered eight different internships during the 2023 summer vacation and took on a total of 17 interested interns.
The internships were completed in the following areas
- Logistics and cleaning at the RMCC
- RMCC event service
- Controlling
- Sales and public relations
- City and tourism marketing
- Tourist Service and Tourist Information
- Purchasing
- Event technology
About the project week
The internship week is the uncomplicated career orientation for young people that takes place during the vacations. During the internship week, pupils get to know a new company in the region every day during the vacations. In addition to training contracts with the companies, this also creates lasting connections. Over 10,000 companies from various regions of Germany are already taking part. In total, over 25,000 interns have gained exciting insights into a wide variety of company processes.
