The wine garden of Konrad Valentin Müller'sche Weingutsverwaltung (vineyard management of Konrad Valentin Müller) with vine leaves and large sunshades is at the Schlossplatz as in recent years - beside the stage in front of the Rathaus (city hall). Specialities and delicacies are freshly prepared again every day in the winery kitchen - made from fresh country produce only - spicy and delicate. The centre point is the "KM classic Rheingau Sekt" sparkling wine with the cuvees: Riesling-Grauburgunder, Weissburgunder Chardonnay, Spätburgunder Weissherbst and Spatburgunder red sparkling wine.
