At the open knitting and crocheting meet-up every first Tuesday of the month, everything at Wartburg revolves around working together in a relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or have been knitting or crocheting for years! You can sit together comfortably, exchange tips, help each other with tricky instructions, and simply enjoy spending time with like-minded people while your project grows stitch by stitch. Please bring your own materials – needles and wool, as well as everything else you need for your project.

At Crowdsinging at Wartburg Castle – held every third Tuesday of the month – you can sing, hum, and belt it out, without any pressure to be perfect. People who are tone-deaf are just as welcome as those who are experienced, because it's all about the joy of singing together, not about hitting the right notes. We sing across all genres. Everyone is welcome to bring their own song requests or suggestions – anything that is fun to sing together is allowed.

Whether it's a door wreath or a loop with dried flowers for your hair - at the floral workshops at Mrs. DEKO in Wiesbaden you can really let off steam creatively and enjoy a super beautiful, tasteful result in the end!

Nice idea: There is an extra flower wreath workshop for a hen night. There's a glass of sparkling wine and snacks on top.

Sabine Wittmann's workshops are simply wonderful - and very popular, so book early! They consist of two evening sessions on which you come to the workshop alone or with friends. From 7 to 9.30 p.m. you make pottery together with Sabine. You don't need any previous knowledge!

During this time, beginners (with two left hands) will create two to three vessels, a cup or a figurine, and the more experienced may be able to make a little more. After a drying time of ten to 14 days, your works will be fired. Glazing takes place on the second day - Sabine Wittmann has around a hundred glazes in all colors and shades, matt, semi-gloss, glossy, with and without inclusions, elaborate with mica, but also very subtle. The pieces are then fired again and are ready for you to pick up or ship!

Yukiko Döhlert - "Kiko" for short - learned to knit and crochet from her grandmother when she was around six years old. Her passion for needlework has not cooled down to this day.

You can register for various courses with Kiko: There are knitting courses for beginners and advanced knitters, crochet and sock courses and an offer where you simply bring your own project.

The KAUFMANNS Barista Basic course is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to know how to prepare an espresso properly. In around three and a half hours, you will learn the basics for the professional preparation of espresso, cappuccino and co.

A wide range of questions will be answered, such as What makes a perfect espresso? What settings do I have when preparing espresso? How do I recognize mistakes and what can I do about them? How do I froth milk correctly and what do I need for latte art?

Of course, the knowledge is put directly into practice ;-)

Time for a game night! Would you like to try something new? Or are you already experienced in improv? Then let's get on stage! After a joint warm-up, it's time to get started.

90 minutes of games, fun and nice fellow players. A relaxed atmosphere, turning off your head, failing and lots of humor are the best prerequisites for bringing stories to the stage together.

Here you can paint ceramics, have a tasty drink and spend a cozy, sociable and creative time alone or together with friends, family or colleagues. The store has a large selection of raw ceramics, ceramic paints and utensils for painting. There are plates, cups, bowls, jars, vases, decorations, bathroom items and much more.

You can get started right away after a short instruction. The piece is then fired, glazed and after one or two weeks you can look forward to a new favorite piece!
