The exhibition featured early works in tempera, material collages, large-scale assemblages, object boxes, and recent installation-based works by Birgit Berg-Block. Through a magical, surrealist interplay of elements, her object art evokes unconscious impulses and fears, arousing both curiosity and unease. The artist was born in 1942 and studied at the Werkkunstschule Wiesbaden and the Städelschule in Frankfurt.
