To mark the Christa Moering Fellowship, the Kunsthaus is presenting an exhibition by the award recipient, Titus Grab, focusing on the theme of “Perspective.” In his art, Titus Grab sheds a prismatic light on events and circumstances, opens up new perspectives, and breaks through established patterns of thought. The artist offers insights into his current artistic practice and research. Titus Grab addresses historically rooted yet still relevant issues, comments on political events, and—even in times of apparent hopelessness—finds new angles on the potential of interpersonal dynamics. He creates a space where the social dimensions of art, political activism, and the intimacy of his own illness-related experiences enter into dialogue with one another, giving rise to new ways of seeing and acting.
