The Short Night of Museums and Galleries takes place every year in April. On this evening, it's "Open Doors" for the artists' studios in the historic old building, the exhibitions are open and the team advises visitors in the Artothek. The cozy inner courtyard invites you to linger.
For over two decades, the “Kurze Nacht” has been a fixture on Wiesbaden’s cultural calendar and a striking testament to how vibrant, open, and diverse the city’s cultural scene is. With admission traditionally free, visitors have the unique opportunity to experience museums, art associations, project spaces, and galleries in a very special atmosphere—relaxed, curious, and full of the joy of discovery.
