On December 4 at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Kunsthaus, Schulberg 10, Katinka Fischer will present her book.

Adventure: A Trip Around the World: Katinka Fischer has fulfilled this dream: she’s sipped caipirinhas on Copacabana Beach, sailed into the Tasman Sea, encountered stone giants on Easter Island, nearly despaired at the traffic in Delhi, and been enchanted by the sunset on the Zambezi River. She has written a 300-page book about her impressions: “Traveling with the Sun” is the title of her sensuous, richly illustrated travelogue, which focuses not only on countries and people but also on art and culture.

Clemens Tyrell at the piano will accompany the reading with music from five continents.

Before the event, visitors can view the exhibition by Christa Moering Fellow Titus Grab.

Starting at 5 p.m. and throughout the event, the Theater im Pariser Hof’s catering service will be selling drinks and light snacks.

Admission is free.
