Erbprinzenpalais
Completed in 1820 by Christian Zais, the Erbprinzenpalais was given this name because it was intended as a residence for Prince Wilhelm von Nassau-Weilburg.
However, he moved to Biebrich Palace after the death of his father.
The neoclassical building was later used as the Ducal Nassau Library, the seat of the Tax Directorate and the Chamber of Accounts as well as a museum.
After the Second World War, the Hessian Ministry of Justice was housed in the building in Wilhelmstraße.
Since 1971, following extensive renovation and conversion work, the palace has been the seat of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
