The “T-Info” team is here to provide you with expert and personalized advice, either by phone or in person at Marktplatz 1.

"i" Mark of the German Tourism Association

The Wiesbaden Tourist Information Office at Marktplatz 1 has successfully completed the recertification process for the “i-Mark” from the German Tourism Association (Deutscher Tourismusverband e. V.). The certification is valid for another three years, through 2029. With the “i-Mark,” the German Tourism Association confirms that the Tourist Information Office meets the established criteria for service and information quality.

"Travel for Everyone" stands for verified accessibility, transparent information, and a certification system recognized throughout Germany. Our goal is to make accessible travel possible for everyone—for guests with disabilities, seniors, families, people with temporary limitations, and anyone who needs reliable information.

Training and Certification: ServiceQualität Deutschland

Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH is certified by ServiceQualität Deutschland at Level I through January 2027. The certification confirms the company’s use of the program’s quality tools. As part of its participation, Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH is committed to continuously improving the quality of its services for guests, employees, and business partners.

TourCert Certification Destination WIESBADEN RHEINGAU

The WIESBADEN RHEINGAU destination received its initial TourCert certification in 2024 and is currently undergoing the certification process to become a “Sustainable Travel Destination.” 

The process involves partners from the hotel and restaurant industries, the cultural sector, and other areas of tourism. Information on the exact scope of certification and the current status can be found in the TourCert certificate.
