On Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Schlemmerplatz at Wiesbaden's weekly market offers a wide variety of culinary delights - right in front of the Lumen steps.

This season, you'll find the following vendors at the weekly market's gourmet area:
- Lilien-Grill
Event professional Michael Hess and the “Lilien-Grill” are serving bratwurst and fries. - Dutch kibbeling, fried fish, and Belgian fries specialties The selection is
rounded out by “Dovil’s Star Food” from Uwe Zelczak of Taunusstein, featuring Dutch kibbeling, fresh fried fish, and Belgian fries specialties. The food stand has also been a part of the Biebrich weekly market since December 2021. - Laux Coffee Roasters (Wednesdays) Laux Coffee Roasters is participating for the
first time. With an assortment of specialty coffees, fair-trade coffee, and personal relationships with coffee farmers, they’re bringing something new from the Taunus region to Wiesbaden. - Maldaner Coffee Roasters (Saturdays) Once again this year, Maldaner Coffee Roasters from Wiesbaden will ensure
the ultimate coffee experience. - La Mangiaria
Italian food stand, pinsa, panuozzo, panini, focaccia, Italian croissants. - Café NINI
They sell matcha, smoothies, and freshly made paninis.

In 2026 as well, there will be a musical program once a Monday on a Saturday from April through September. It will be posted here in due time.
