The company Fisch und Feinkost Christoph Zimprich was founded on 01.05.1997 by Christoph Zimprich and is run as a family business. In addition to the owner and his wife, the company also employs a trainee.
As a mobile market supplier, fresh fish, smoked products, salads and marinades are sold and Fisch und Feinkost Zimprich is on the road with two sales vehicles in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse at daily changing locations.
Some of the salads are home-made and contain no preservatives. This also applies to the marinades and salads, which are bought in.
In addition to the well-known edible fish such as redfish, Victoria sea bass, saithe and cod, there is also a wide variety of noble fish for sale, such as North Sea sole, monkfish, plaice, gilthead bream and loup de mer. These are available as whole fish or fillets. Tuna, swordfish, butterfish, scallop meat and ray wings are also included in the extensive range.
Unusual requests can be fulfilled within a week. Prices on request.
The freshness of the products, advice and service are paramount at Fisch und Feinkost Zimprich.
They are also happy to provide suggestions, recipes and tips on preparing fish. Fish platters can also be put together for family celebrations or other occasions on request. At fairs, wine and Christmas markets, guests are catered for with baked fish, fish sandwiches, smoked products, salads and marinades.
Fisch und Feinkost Zimprich is always represented at the Wiesbaden weekly market on Wednesdays.
