From our own organic production: raw milk cheese, wholemeal bread and white baked goods, meat and sausage products, prefermented milk  organic products added to the range: Fresh products, sheep and goat cheese, blue and hard cheese, eggs, Italian salami, ham and pâté, honey. The Zorn farm in Heidenrod-Zorn has been farmed biodynamically since 1987. The farm's own cheese dairy was built in 1989, a new bakery in 1995, two wind turbines were erected in 1999 with the participation of other farmers, a solar power system in 2000, and a photovoltaic system was installed in 2004 and 2008. Today, 120 hectares of land are farmed and 30 cows are milked. Own biodynamic production of grain, milk and meat, own processing according to Demeter guidelines into bread and baked goods, raw milk cheese, ham and sausage products using salt, spices, herbs, own sourdough, lactic acid bacteria.
