We have been growing strawberries for over 20 years.<br /> We have been a certified organic farm since 1997 and have been represented at the Wiesbaden weekly market since 2000.
In 2001, the organic store was opened at the Scholzenhof in Nordenstadt, where a waffle café has been welcoming visitors in the Scholzenhof garden during the summer months since 2006. We only use natural fertilizers and pesticides. The Scholzenhof soil is worked by hand wherever possible.
We use tested seeds and seedlings, which is why we can promise you that our soil is free from chemicals and genetic engineering.
Our cultivation methods are complex, but they have an effect on the flavor and quality of the fruit.
