We, Landmetzgerei Harth from Stadecken-Elsheim, still slaughter our own meat.

This is true of very few businesses in the region. 99% of our products, including salami and ham products, come from our own production. We have been a tradition since 1859 in the sixth generation, with the seventh generation waiting in the wings!
