Kaiser. Your organic bakery was founded in 1976 as an organic contract bakery in Wiesbaden. We have been selling our organic baked goods at the Wiesbaden weekly market for 20 years. Since its foundation, Kaiser. Ihre Bio-Bäckerei has committed itself to humane value-added processes and careful treatment of people and nature. Based on this self-image, various approaches are put into practice at the levels of company management, personnel management and product philosophy. Kaiser. Ihre Bio-Bäckerei currently employs around 130 people. Around 20 organic farms supply the grain for the bakery. Around 25 types of bread, 15 types of bread rolls and a wide range of cakes, buns and organic snacks are offered. Kaiser products are sold in 15 of its own branches, at 20 weekly markets and in around 100 health food stores, health food stores and organic supermarkets. The knowledge and experience acquired in company management, product range design and personnel development are made available to other companies via Kaiser's own management consultancy.
