Every Wednesday, "André's Backhaus" can be found at the weekly market in Wiesbaden. The bakery is dedicated to products for which neither frozen blanks nor ready-made baking mixes are used. In addition to bread and rolls, the bakery also sells tray bakes, shortcrust pastries and yeast and Danish pastries.
