My venison comes exclusively from free-range game (no game in enclosures) from the Rheingau-Taunus district. It grows up as nature intended: In its natural habitat with food that tastes good and is good for it. The animals have lived their whole lives in freedom, free from medication and fattening feed.
Passionate and responsible hunters from my personal circle of acquaintances are the suppliers. I do not buy game from strangers, but only from those whom I trust and who use their hunting rights responsibly. The availability of my supply depends on their hunting success and the legal hunting and closed seasons.
I prepare the venison according to your wishes and parry it to my highest standards. You will receive the meat freshly chilled and vacuum-packed ready to cook. I source my game specialties from EU-certified game butchers who are passionate and responsible hunters themselves. They process free-range game from their own surrounding and other, mainly German, hunting grounds. They place the highest demands on the quality of the products, without the addition of domestic pork or industrial meat.
