Under the foyer dome, New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2026, begins with a magical display of stars: Large, sparkling stars echo the festive architecture of the Kurhaus, while the evening unfolds from here across nine halls and salons. 

In the Friedrich-von-Thiersch Hall, Negah Amiri kicks off the stage program. Afterward, the Urban Club Band takes the stage there, and later DJ Rauschhofer leads the night with house and Ibiza beats. 

In the Muschelsaal, Palito Aché plays son, rumba, bachata, merengue, bolero, and Latin jazz. Right next door, a Caribbean cocktail bar serves freshly mixed drinks. 

In the Carl-von-Ibell Room & Salon Ferdinand Hey’l, Late Night Tunes will play jazz, blues, and soul. 

The path between the halls leads repeatedly through the foyer, which features a large bar, lounge, sparkling wine bar, champagne bar, photo spot, and raffle. Sparkling wine, wine, beer, soft drinks, and water are included with your ticket. 

In the Kaiser Wilhelm Salon and the Winter Garden, you can choose from a wide selection of food—including hot dishes, light bites, and desserts—as well as items from our café and tea bar, and order whatever you’d like. 

Those who’d like to ring in the New Year outdoors can head out onto the front steps with a glass of sparkling wine. Guests with VIP tickets have access all night to the VIP lounge in the Christian-Zais-Saal, featuring live piano music and more. Here, they’ll kick off the evening with an aperitif, a finger food reception, and a 4-course dinner at a reserved table with table service in the VIP Lounge until 1:30 a.m. 

Children between the ages of six and 14 will celebrate their own New Year’s Eve party at the VIP Kids’ Club in the Fyodor Dostoevsky Hall, complete with professional supervision.
