Easter market

The traditional Easter Market will once again take place in the city center from Friday through Sunday, March 12–14, 2027, featuring a varied program that includes an arts-and-crafts fair, a fabric market, a Sunday shopping day, and activities for children.

At the 25th Easter Market, guests can look forward to a wide selection of arts and crafts, textiles, gift ideas, and culinary delights at approximately 70 booths.

Open Sunday and fabric market

On Sunday, March 14—a special shopping Sunday—stores in the historic “Fünfeck” district will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Easter market on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., will be complemented by the fabric market at the Dern’schen Gelände. Here you’ll find more than 100 booths offering a huge selection of fabrics and sewing supplies.
