Mammoth March Wiesbaden
The Wiesbaden Mammoth March on October 17 is a special experience. In the fall, the region shows itself at its best: colorful vineyards, crisp air, and views that make every effort worthwhile. In 2026, you’ll once again have the choice between three popular distances: 30, 42, or 55 km.
The Wiesbaden Mammoth Hike combines extreme hiking with an autumn city trip and some serious elevation gain.
On the 30-kilometer route, you’ll discover Wiesbaden in all its diversity—with plenty of forest, magnificent views of the city, and highlights like the Neroberg Temple.
The 42- and 55-kilometer routes also take you through the vineyards of the Rheingau and all the way to the banks of the Rhine. Challenging climbs, idyllic trails, and impressive views make these routes true highlights.
The organizer stays true to tradition at the finish line as well: In addition to the classic finisher’s beer, you can also treat yourself to a refreshing wine or juice spritzer as a reward.
